A young private came to the table and talked about a program he had created to train service injured vets to work in the financial services industry. The private refused personal recognition saying, "he just wanted to help".  The business leaders talked about the private who was making a real difference in the lives of those he would train and employ. Fenwick Technologies chairman Keith Comstock made the observation, "imagine the impact if we all joined together".  Now it was time for American business to "answer the call and give their best".  At that moment, HERO Company was born.
